Keisuke Honda keen on Eindhoven move
VVV-Venlo midfielder Keisuke Honda would relish a move to PSV Eindhoven in the January transfer window.
Japan international Honda has been the revelation of the new Eredivisie season thus far with five goals in VVV's opening five matches, all of which have ended as draws.
He was linked with a move to PSV before Monday's transfer deadline but a switch failed to materialise.
The 23-year-old is hoping, however, that PSV will rekindle their interest in January.
He told De Telegraaf: "If I leave VVV for another Dutch club it will be PSV. That is my first option.
"I have not yet spoken myself with PSV, but my representative has had contact with them."
Honda is contracted to VVV until 2011.
