Adrian Mutu to miss opening game of Group stage
Fiorentina striker Adrian Mutu will miss his team's Champions League Group E opener at Olympique Lyon through injury.
Mutu sustained a muscular lesion in his right thigh while on international duty with Romania last week.
The club confirmed on Monday that the player will be out of action for at least 10 days.
The Viola, who take on Cagliari this weekend, travel to France to meet Lyon next Wednesday.
